I’ve been thinking of what to do next since I’m done with my project365. I wanted to keep this site going
or else, it will be just like any other Angelina-Jolie based-tumblr). So, here goes my best attempt : A monthly journal.
Photo taken at Hamburg Schiphol, January 15

The saddest part of January was leaving. I think I might have unconsciously went through the stages of loss and grief. Fortunately, I am in my fifth and final stage…or maybe, that’s just denying it.
Good thing, I have friends (at kilala nyo na kung sino kayo) to cheer me up. Thank you, it really means a lot.

I also got introduced to the cutest puppy, Maui! He’s so fluffy I’m gonna die!

I have never been this optimistic towards the unfolding of a new year. I was able to get past the issues I had, which for me, is a big leap. Now, more than ever, I want a new life ahead of me. I want to seize 2012. I will own it. With God’s guidance and grace, I maybe able to fulfill my heart’s desire for this year. Hopefully, God-willing.
Hmmm, now this is a great start.
I thought everyone was here.
I heard you snoring.
I heard you making coffee.
I saw you with your bedsheet, covering your entire body.
I saw you hugging me.
And just as I was ready to smile and say goodmorning,
everything disappeared.
All that’s left is this empty clutter.

Well I guess I have to wait 10 more months.
Day 362. Wednesday, December 28.
Since my Ma is very busy at work & Papi and Kuya are busy with the old house, I was tasked to babysit my little brother, which was really fun. He is not makulit and very obedient, you just have to play Wii with him. Very easy task. Haha.
John, being the “German kid” that he is, sets a time for everything. For example, at 9am, Wii time. 3 pm, toothbrush. 12 noon, lunch. 6 pm, dinner… and so on. Parang matanda sya, seriously. And as far as I know (and I observe), he only eats a few kinds of food : Pommes, Wurst, sabaw ng sinigang (no hint of anything, just pure sabaw), Spam, Palabok (only the sauce and noodles) and menudo sauce with mashed potatoes and carrots. Yan lang, wala ng iba.
Sinigang was the easiest to make so I cooked some for him. I had to strain the tomatoes and onion before giving it to him.

Knacken/Schnitzel for Lunch.

Feeling healthy, sinamahan ko ng veggies.

He loves my sinigang, guys! Pwede na ako! Haha.

It may took awhile but it was worth the wait. Best Christmas ever experienced.

More photos after the jump.

Getting ready to go out. Wearing a sweater, a pullover, a jacket and leggings over a hose. Mind you, it was not yet snowing.

Sendong news on U-1 (Train)!

Later that night, John showed me his assignments for the following day. I couldn’t help the kid. Haha.

That afternoon.

Went to the grocery for my toiletries.

Their own version of fresh Lumpia.

Kuya’s Meal. (Ang dami, hindi lang halata sa picture)
My plane arrived 20 minutes earlier than expected so I kind of surprised them at the airport (instead of the other way around). I was actually holding back my tears but it fell anyways. I never felt so happier. Thank God! Finally, I’m home.

My boys!
